Rev Pearson Blackman , a Barbadian, started his career as a Biology teacher at the Parkinson Secondary School, before his call to Ministry. He started as local Presbyter and completed studies at UTC in Jamaica.
Rev Blackman holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in History and a Diploma in Education and a Certificate in Educational Management and Administration, all from the University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus.
Reverend Blackman started at a local preacher in the early seventies and served in the Bethel Circuit, South Trinidad Circuit, North Trinidad Circuit and retired as a Superintendent Minister in the Ebeneezer Circuit. He is currently attached to the Bethel Circuit as a Supernumerary.
He is married to Sis Thelma Blackman and has three children and three grandchildren.
